Freddie Flintoff and wife Rachael join stars to cheer on Les Dennis in murder mystery

Cricketer Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff was bowled over by The Perfect Murder at the Opera House starring Corrie newcomer Les Dennis.

Entertainer Les has recently joined the cast of Coronation Street as small-time crook Michael Rodwell, who after burgling Gail Platt’s house, is soon to steal her heart too in a shock storyline. But Les is first finishing his UK tour in The Perfect Murder alongside another Corrie baddie - actor Gray O’Brien who played the soap’s murderous villain Tony Gordon. Both Les and Gray were pictured practicing those mean and moody looks outside the theatre ahead of opening night on Tuesday. They were cheered on during the show by a host of Corrie stars - including David Neilson who plays Roy Cropper, Ian Puleston-Davies who plays Owen Armstrong, and Charlie Condou who plays Marcus Dent.
