Coronation Treat

It was the WORLD PREMIERE of the
Coronation Street's musical Street of Dreams last night. Calling it a
world premiere is a bit like saying we're going to be hosting the world
premiere of our puppet show. No-one apart from the most ardent Corrie fan is
going to really give a shit.
In fact, the more high-profile
Coronation Street stars couldn't even be bothered to turn up; no Michelle
Keegans, Jack P. Shepherds or William Roaches, although old Billy was probably
banging five groupies in a hot tub at the time, so his absence was excused.
Instead they had a couple of Corrie regulars, the Desperate Scousewives
(desperate for an invite to anything) and some Hollyoaks-ers.
Turning up on the red carpet fake
cobbles were Paul O'Grady, Charlie Condou, John Michie, Debbie Rush, Ben
Ryan Davies, Joe McElderry, Kieron Richardson, Kym Marsh, Jamie Lomas, Liz
Hume-Dawson, Jennie McAlpine, Antony Cotton, Debbie O'Toole, Gill O'Toole,
Jodie Prenger, Sinead Moynihan, Jennifer Ellison, Tricia Penrose, Elissa
Corrigan, Jaiden Micheal, Lisa George, Russell Watson, Tony Warren and Alice
Barlow.
Knee-jerk decision, we hate Jaiden
Micheal, mainly because he has an annoying-to-type name. Also because he has a
camel toe.
