Marcus and Maria are looking for houses.
Marcus spots one.
Marcus reads the address to Maria; 195 Windermere Street.
Marcus inquires with an agent about viewing the house and is invited to one later that afternoon.
Strangely, Marcus asks the agent for the address of the house all over again even though he's just read the address to Maria!
Maria and Marcus hug and kiss about their happiness and future together.
[...Little do they realise what the script writers have coming...]
Marcus goes to the taxi company to book a ride, so he and Maria can get to the viewing on time.
Todd, the receptionist, tells Marcus there are numerous people ahead of him that are waiting.
But sleazy Todd tries to offer Marcus a fast ride of a different kind!
Norris has been waiting for a taxi for ages and when he asks what's happened, Todd lets him know that Marcus has been waiting even longer - which is a Todd-sized lie!
Norris grumbles and huffs off.
Marcus is a bit stunned by what Todd has been suggesting!
Press play:
Marcus and Maria arrive at the Rovers after viewing the house.
It was a complete dump and they were not impressed, so the hunt goes on...

Marcus waits for Maria to use the toilet at the pub, even though he suggested she could have used the ones at the house they just viewed...
Maria says they were strange toilets and she'd prefer to use the very public ones at the Rovers...???
Todd pushes through the door and makes a beeline for Marcus.
Todd apologises for his licentious behaviour that occurred earlier.
Marcus foolishly accepts his apology!
Todd suggests a 'friend of a friend' could help Marcus and Maria find a house if they wanted.
All Todd asks is for Marcus to enter his phone details into Todd's phone so he can call later.
Silly Marcus obliges and Todd flounces out.
Just as Todd exists the pub doors, he sends Marcus a text message by phone...
